All rugs are inspected before the cleaning process begins.  Rugs are vacuumed both sides with a pile lifter vacuum.  Rugs are cleaned and rinsed, and pile brushed. Then hung to dry.  Fringe is all cleaned by hand.

Rugs are re-inspected and re-cleaned if necessary.  When we are finished the rugs are wrapped in brown paper for storage or delivery.
